At Astralight, we strive to deliver your new lighting experience as quickly and safely as possible. Being based locally in Dubai, we are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience for our customers across all 7 Emirates.


SHIPPING POLICY

Where We Ship We currently offer shipping to all locations within the United Arab Emirates (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, and Umm Al Quwain).

Processing Time All orders are processed and packed at our Dubai facility within 4-7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email or SMS once your order has been dispatched with a tracking number.

Shipping Times Since we hold stock locally, you don't have to wait weeks for overseas delivery.

Please note: Delivery times may vary slightly during public holidays or high-volume sales periods (like Ramadan or Black Friday).

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. We frequently offer Free Shippingpromotions—check the announcement bar at the top of our website for current deals!

Cash on Delivery (COD) We understand the importance of trust. We offer Cash on Delivery for all orders. Please ensure you are available at the provided phone number so our courier can coordinate the drop-off.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

Our "Love Your Light" Guarantee We want you to be absolutely in love with your Astralight product. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Window You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  1. Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  2. In the original packaging (including all cords, remotes, and manuals).

  3. Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return To start a return, simply contact our local support team. We are available via WhatsApp or Email to make this process easy.

Return Address Please send your returns to our local warehouse: Astralight Returns Rami Residence, Liwan 2 Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Damaged or Defective Items If your lamp arrives damaged or not working (it happens rarely, but we are prepared), please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with a photo or video of the issue. We will send a replacement free of charge or offer a full refund right away.

Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected at our Liwan 2 facility, we will notify you of the approval of your refund.

  • Pre-paid Orders: Refunded to your original method of payment (Credit Card/Tabby) within 5-10 business days.

  • COD Orders: Refunded via Bank Transfer or Store Credit (Gift Card).

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective/Damaged Items: We cover the return shipping cost.

  • Change of Mind: If you simply changed your mind, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.
